Dr. Kenneth Bleyer is a consultant and coach with practices in Toronto and Chicago. Ken founded “Civic Practice Group, LLC” in order to do one thing extremely well: to improve on the PR model of public education through meaningful public outreach. He and his team of professionals provide consultation and coaching about public outreach to developers, community interest groups and public bodies. He also provides facilitation services to support public meetings and siting hearings. Ken has provided consulting and coaching on participatory communication skills to attorneys, law firms, the public sector, non profit and private industries for over 20 years.
